Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Success Muslim (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the higher minimum age required in your jurisdiction).

3. Your account

• You are responsible for safeguarding your password and all activity under your account.
• Provide accurate information when signing up.
• One account per person.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Upload or submit content that is hateful, harassing, infringing, or otherwise unlawful.
• Attempt to break, reverse-engineer, or attack the Service.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our written consent.

5. Your content and data

You retain ownership of the entries and content you submit to the Service — such as prayer logs, Quran progress, dhikr counts, and notes. By submitting it, you grant us a limited, worldwide licence to host, store, sync, and display it solely for the purpose of operating the Service for you. We do not sell your content. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

6. Religious content disclaimer

The app provides Islamic content (Quran text, supplications, hadith references, prayer times) for personal benefit. It is informational — we do not issue fatwas. For binding religious rulings consult a qualified scholar. Prayer time calculations follow well-known methods but may vary; verify locally important times with your local masjid.

7. Health and finance disclaimer

• The Service is not medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any fasting, exercise, or weight programme.
• The Service is not financial advice. The zakat calculator is a guideline; consult a qualified scholar or accountant for binding zakat rulings.

8. Free service

Success Muslim is free to use, with no advertising and no in-app purchases at launch. We may introduce optional paid features in the future; if we do, existing free features will not be placed behind a paywall without reasonable prior notice.

9. Service availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

10. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, code, brand, and original content, is owned by Raudhah Technology and protected by intellectual property laws. Quran text and other public-domain religious content are not owned by us. The Service uses the Inter typeface (SIL Open Font License 1.1) and Lucide icons (ISC License).

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time — see our account deletion page for instructions. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice when reasonably possible.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Raudhah Technology from any claim arising out of your misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kuala Lumpur, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction provide otherwise.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
